How often will I be invoiced?

Most ongoing clients are billed monthly in arrears for the upcoming month of support. For annual agreements, we can invoice once per year, usually at the start of the period, with a small discount applied.

What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are 14 days from the invoice date. Direct debit is available for monthly plans to minimise administration and avoid missed payments.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. If your transaction volume or staffing changes, we review your plan and agree a new level of support. Changes are confirmed in writing before the new fee applies.

Do you charge setup fees?

For straightforward onboarding, setup is included in your agreed monthly fee. If a significant data clean-up or migration is needed, we provide a one-off fixed quote before starting.

What determines a bespoke quote?

Custom quotes are based on the complexity of your structure, the number of entities, systems in use, and the level of advisory or project work required. You will always see a breakdown of how the figure is calculated.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Starter and Advanced plans run on a rolling monthly basis with a one-month notice period, unless we have agreed an annual term in return for a discounted rate.
